Millionaire Trading Secret That Shoots Out Cash Like A Broken ATM!

By Lance Jepsen

The closing price is more important than the opening price. Knowing this can give you a serious advantage over most other traders. I'm going to show you how to pull profits out of this truth like money being spit at you from a broken ATM machine!

Let's begin.

The closing price is the value set for a given stock by all market participants trading that stock. It is the final consensus of value assigned to a stock on any given day by the crowd. It is the price everyone sees after work. It is the final price displayed on all daily stock charts people research at the end of a given trading day. In the futures market, the closing price is very important because trading accounts are settled based on it.

Professional and institutional traders will trade all during the day. At market open, they take advantage of opening prices by fading gaps. They will buy low openings and sell high openings. They will then unwind those positions as the day progresses. They routinely trade against market extremes and bet on a return to normalcy for any given stock. When a stock hits a new high and then volume drops off, professional traders will sell which pushes the market lower. When a stock hits a new low and then volume begins to drop off on the sell side, professional traders buy which pushes the market higher.

Amateur and non-professional traders have very different trading patterns than those of professional and institutional traders. Amateur traders make up the majority of market participants at market open. As the day goes on, they slowly subside until all that is left at the end of the trading day are professional and institutional traders. Most amateur traders put on a trade at market open, before work, and then don't check it again until after market close.

If you know this, you have a gigantic advantage! How? This means that opening prices reflect the consensus of amateur traders while closing prices reflect the consensus of professional traders. Study almost any stock chart and you will discover how often the opening and closing ticks are at the opposite ends of a candlestick. This means that amateurs and professionals are usually on opposite sides of a trade. The side you want to be on is the side of the professionals because they have more money. Trade with the professionals and not against them like most market participants.

If a stock opens and runs up near its day's high at market open, then falls the rest of the day and closes near its day's low at market close, you want to close out your position if you are long. This is your first clue that the stock has run up enough to get the attention of professional traders who are fading against your position. - 23212

Automated Forex Robot Will Always Stay Ahead of the Game

Expertise and modernization have now come into the world of foreign exchange. Through the many twists and turns, and up and downs in foreign exchange, a forex trader can only wish for someone to be constantly protecting his savings. If this used to be just a part of a trader's wish list before, now this vision is by now within their reach with the mechanical forex trade Technique. This method used to be available barely for those traders who belong to the trading elite circle or for those who are from huge corporations, but now even common traders can have this modern system. Basically, this system operates by performing and completing trade on one's behalf. If this innovation is new to you and you want to further know what it can do, here are the top three causes why this mechanical forex trade system can be helpful to you.

1. It guards your savings 24/7

The forex market does not sleep. Its activities go on and on day and night. And since it also has to be watchful of different currencies' performances that obviously work in unusual time zones, the forex market can basically be considered as a full-time market. As a trader, you also want to be cautious against the abrupt variations in the forex market but doing this by yourself can literally consume your 24 hours. This is the cause why other traders get the services of a broker, but oftentimes the drawback of this is the large amount that one has to forfeit for an agent's work. With the mechanical forex trade system, you can be sure that your investments are being guarded day and night to keep you constantly on the successful side. Contrast to agents, the benefits that this can get will appear to be more gainful in the long run.

2. No emotions attached

Even the most professional and seasoned dealers get inclined by their feelings sometimes. Trading that is affected by one's sentiments can many times be unsafe especially for those who are new in the market. Since sentiments is not a factor for a mechanical forex trade system, it totally eliminates the chances of sentiments to partake in one's business decision and activities.

3. Learning Curve

Deficiency of experience and lack of time many times play a big part on a dealer's failure. The mechanical forex trade technique helps you with these factors since it will do almost all the trading matters for you. Because of this, you can be more confident in venturing into forex trading, and in spite of the fact that you have less time and knowledge about your investment, you can still receive gains with the use of this technique. - 23212

Foreign Currency Trading, Forex

By Jo Nash

FOREX trading is all about trading foreign currency, stocks, and similar type of products. The currency of one country is weighed against the currency of another country to determine value. The value of that foreign currency is taken into consideration when trading stocks on the FOREX markets. Most countries have control over the value of that countries value, involving the currency, or money. Those who are often involved in the FOREX markets include banks, large businesses, governments, and financial institutions.

What makes the FOREX market different from the stock market? A forex market trade is one that involves at least two countries, and it can take place worldwide. The two countries are one, with the investor, and two, the country the money is being invested in. Most all transactions taking place in the FOREX market are going to take place through a broker, such as a bank.

What really makes up the FOREX markets? The foreign exchange market is made up of a variety of transactions and counties. Those involved in the FOREX market are trading in large volumes, large amounts of money. Those who are involved in the FOREX market are generally involved in cash businesses, or in the trade of very liquid assets that you can sell and buy fast. The market is large, very large. You could consider the FOREX market to be much larger than the stock market in any one country overall. Those involved in the FOREX market are trading daily twenty-four hours a day and sometimes trading is completed on the weekend, but not all weekends.

You might be surprised at the number of people that are involved in FOREX trading. In the years 2004, almost two trillion dollars was an average daily trading volume. This is a huge number for the number of daily transactions to take place. Think about how much a trillion dollars really is and then times that by two, and this is the money that is changing hands every day!

The FOREX trading market is not something new, but has been used for over thirty years. With the introduction of computers, and then the internet, the trading on the FOREX market continues to grow as more and more people and businesses alike become aware of the availablily of this trading market. FOREX only accounts for about ten percent of the total trading from country to country, but as the popularity in this market continues to grow so could that number. - 23212

Specialize In Trading US Dollar (Part II)

By Ahmad Hassam

Knowing currency correlations between the major pairs can help you a lot in your trading. Suppose you have the data about the currency correlations of the major currency pairs. The correlation between GBP/USD and EUR/USD is 0.68. This correlation coefficient is positive and it means both the pairs move in the same direction 68% of the time.

USD/CHF and EUR/USD have a correlation coefficient of -0.975 and is pretty close to (-1). It means both USD/CHF and EUR/USD pairs move in the opposite direction almost 97.5% of the time. It means if USD/CHF moves up, the pair EUR/USD will move down!

You have this information about the recent correlation coefficients. It tells you how much these pairs move in the same direction or opposite direction. Suppose you trade both the currency pairs USD/CHF and EUR/USD by going long. What you will be doing by going long on both the positively correlated pairs is in fact canceling both the long positions.

If you win on USD/CHF pair, you will lose on EUR/USD pair. Due to the negative correlation between the two pairs, the two trades would effectively cancel each other. A savvy investor would go long on USD/CHF. At the same time he/she will go short on EUR/USD. So he/she will be shorting USD in both the trades and diversifying the USD bearish investment.

Currency correlations can help you in making entry and exit decisions for each trade. Lets suppose GBP/USD starts showing volatility. The pair approaches a resistance level. You plan on going long if there is a breakout.

However, you notice on the charts that the other three major currency pairs are not showing volatility and moving as much as the GBP/USD. EUR/USD is not showing volatility and moving up on the chart. USD/CHF is not showing much volatility and moving down on the chart. USD/JPY is also not showing much volatility and not moving down on the chart. This means that the volatility in GBP/USD is solely GBP driven. The move is maybe related to some news in the British economy about Bank of England raising or lowering interest rates or some big companies merging.

Now you know that the move in GBP/USD pair is Pound driven. It is not US Dollar driven. You can take advantage of this information. Ignore the GBP driven move and dont enter into any trade. Wait for a later opportunity that involves simultaneous correlated moves of all the major pairs.

Lets take another example to make things more clear. Suppose you have taken a short position on EUR/USD currency pair. You want to know will the currency pair proceed down towards your profit target. You also want to know can it go against you. If so when to exit the trade with a small loss!

Your EUR/USD has broken the S1 support pivot level and heading towards M1. By looking at the pair EUR/GBP, you find that it has paused at its S1 support pivot level and is showing signs of reversing to the upside.

In this type of a situation, knowledge of currency correlations can tell you if EUR/GBP breaks through the S1 level, you are poised for a profitable trade. However, if it reverses and heads back to the upside, you should watch the indicators and exit before taking a big loss. As you mature in forex trading, you might consider trading a basket of all the major currencies. - 23212
